Common Questions

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for the best availability. For peak season dates (May–October), 4–6 weeks is ideal. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on handler and animal availability.

We service all areas of southern and central Ontario. A travel fee always applies, even within Toronto, and varies by location.

Absolutely. All of our animal ambassadors are carefully socialized and accustomed to being handled. Every event includes a trained handler who supervises all interactions, provides age-appropriate handling guidance, and monitors each animal for signs of stress.

We can set up indoors as long as there is adequate space. Our team will work with you to ensure a comfortable setup regardless of weather. Some outdoor-only species may be swapped for indoor-friendly alternatives.

Pricing depends on the package, event duration, location, and any add-ons — never on the number of guests. Unlike most providers, we don't charge per head; you pay one flat rate that covers everyone.
