Elementary Discovery Program

A sensory-rich introduction to the animal kingdom. Students meet gentle, age-appropriate animals — think hedgehogs, tortoises, and tree frogs — and interact hands-on under expert guidance. Our handlers use age-appropriate language and encourage questions, turning every encounter into a memorable moment.

  • Gentler, calmer species selected for younger students
  • Small-group rotations for personal, hands-on interaction
  • Animal selection tailored to your grade and learning goals

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything educators need to know about our school programs.

Please inform our handler of any allergies upon arrival. We avoid common allergens like nuts and sesame during visits, but these foods are part of some animals’ diets. Our handlers do not carry allergy medication, and it would be illegal for us to administer medication to students — that’s the responsibility of school staff.
