Each package includes 8–10 exotic animals, a professional handler, all setup and cleanup, and a 60-minute educational presentation tailored to your event.

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons (spring and summer). For large events or weekends, booking 4-6 weeks ahead is ideal.

Animals need rest days between events for their welfare. If a specific animal isn't available on your date, we substitute with another animal of the same type — for example, one chinchilla for another. The animals labeled "May Vary" are the ones that get rotated; everything else is guaranteed.

Yes — a 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The deposit is rounded to the nearest whole dollar. The deposit and any payment options are confirmed in your personalized quote. We accept credit card and Interac e-Transfer.

Cancellations made more than 96 hours before the event are refunded minus the 25% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 96 hours forfeit the deposit, and within 24 hours forfeit the full booking amount. Reschedules are available subject to availability within 1 year.
